Inspired by the Chinese culture and the underlying meaning of peach blossoms representing love, the design was meant to convey a traditional Chinese impression on recipients.

Also expressing the sweetness of to-wed lovebirds through the pleasing pastel pink colour., instead of the overly traditional red Chinese paper cutout looks.

The word “囍”, literally meaning double happiness is no stranger to Chinese wedding culture, and is incorporated in the centre of the design, adorned with branches of peach blossom.

Modern calligraphic font was used to display the couples’ names to give it an artistic hint. Similarly, to mimic paper cutout designs in Chinese wedding culture, a pattern motif in pastel pink was included to give an overall oriental vibe to the artwork.
